Focusing on the 'most terrifying dinosaurs' with overwhelming presence from the 'Jurassic World' film series, the limited-time event 'JURASSIC WORLD THE VILLAINS POP UP SHOP' will be held sequentially across Japan starting Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

At this event, numerous new products themed around popular dinosaurs such as T-Rex and Mosasaurus, as well as the highly anticipated D-Rex from the latest film installment, will be sold. A wide range of must-see items for fans will be available.

Additionally, select venues will feature a giant D-Rex photo spot, dinosaur encyclopedia displays, and greeting events with Acrocanthosaurus 'Dolores,' whose cuteness caused a surge in fans following the movie's release.

Additionally, a dinosaur encyclopedia exhibition will be held, allowing visitors to learn about dinosaur characteristics and ecology. Beyond shopping, we offer engaging content that allows deeper immersion into the 'Jurassic World' universe.

Acrocanthosaurus 'Dolores' Greeting Event

Acrocanthosaurus 'Dolores,' whose cuteness caused a surge in fans after the movie's release, will appear at the venue.

The dinosaur Acrocanthosaurus, making its debut in 'Jurassic World: Dominion,' is a charming creature measuring 54 cm in length, characterized by small horns and a flattened snout.

In the film, a friendship develops between the dinosaur and the young girl Isabella, who names her new friend 'Dolores.'

'Jurassic World' Fossil Digging Experience – Excavate Real Fossils

At select locations, the popular workshop 'Fossil Digging Experience,' where real fossils can be unearthed, will be held.

All fossils available for excavation are authentic, including Mosasaurus teeth, Spinosaurus teeth, and ammonites. The shape of the fossil you discover will be a surprise revealed upon excavation.

This hands-on experience is enjoyable for both children and adults.

Collaboration Project with Popular Illustrators

Illustrators: Kazama Raita, Takewuchi Ryosuke, Fuse Ryota

For this event, a collaboration project with three popular illustrators will be held, themed around the 'most terrifying dinosaurs' from the 'Jurassic World' series.

The participating illustrators are Kazama Raita, Takewuchi Ryosuke, and Fuse Ryota. Special merchandise featuring their uniquely styled illustrations of the 'most terrifying dinosaurs' will be sold.

Additionally, select venues will host exhibitions of reproduced original artwork from each illustrator's collaboration art.
