Toshi Yoroizuka, a patisserie operating three stores in Tokyo and Kanagawa, announced a special Golden Week event. On Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 11:00 to approximately 14:00, the Toshi Yoroizuka Atelier store (1-8-3 Kamitakaido, Suginami-ku, Tokyo, 1F Music Heights, 1 minute walk from Hachimanyama Station on the Keio Line) will sell freshly baked financiers. This year's financiers feature luxurious browned butter. The brand's financiers are known for their moist texture, rich vanilla aroma, and use of fermented butter. The freshly baked version offers a crispy exterior and juicy interior. In addition to financiers, limited cream puffs and iced coffee will be available. Owner-chef Toshihiko Yoroizuka is scheduled to appear at the event. The Toshi Yoroizuka brand was established in 2002 by Toshihiko Yoroizuka, focusing on creating confectionery from self-produced ingredients with skilled techniques. The patisserie is known for its 'counter desserts' where chefs prepare sweets in front of customers. It also emphasizes ingredient quality, including cacao cultivation on its own farm in Ecuador and operating farms with integrated restaurants and patisseries. Sanseilite Co., Ltd., which operates Toshi Yoroizuka, is headquartered at Kyobashi Edogrand 1F, 2-2-1 Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and is involved in the manufacturing and sales of Western confectionery, patisserie operations, and farm management.
