The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Metropolitan Government have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to strengthen and develop cooperation and exchange in the digital field. Additionally, GovTech Tokyo and the Seoul AI Foundation have also concluded an MOU to enhance collaboration, primarily in the AI sector, accelerating technological exchange and DX promotion between the two cities.
