In Japan, its subsidiary Gourmet X Corp. Furthermore, SoftBank Robotics will exhibit the product and conduct cooking demonstrations at 'FABEX 2026', the 29th professional exhibition for side dishes, bento, home meal replacements, food service, and meal delivery, starting Wednesday, April 15, 2026.

'FLAMA' is based on the 'Multicooker' manufactured by Hestia Technology Limited, aimed at solving issues in the food service industry such as inconsistent cooking quality and labor shortages. SoftBank Robotics combined this with its accumulated FOOD DX expertise to develop a commercial automated cooking robot tailored to the environments and use cases of Japanese restaurants. By automating the cooking process, it reduces the burden on staff, achieves stable cooking operations even with a small team, and allows staff to focus on tasks that provide added value to customers, such as hospitality. This single unit automates adding ingredients and seasonings, stir-frying, mixing, thickening, plating, and even cleaning after cooking. It is a new cooking solution where humans and robots collaborate, and it can be implemented without major changes to existing kitchens. Furthermore, by linking with the recipe management software 'SyncKitchen', it is possible to sync recipes from famous chefs and popular restaurants, allowing them to be reproduced and served anywhere. This contributes to developing new menus and creating sales opportunities. Additionally, alongside recipe creation, management, and updating, it supports the efficiency of menu development by accumulating development logs. It supports Japanese, English, and Chinese.

We will continue to propose new forms of store operations, contributing to quality stabilization and solving labor shortages in restaurants.
