GOTO Winery Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Goto City, Nagasaki Prefecture) is pleased to announce the planned opening of a new facility integrating wine brewing, a restaurant, and a shop in spring 2027 (April, Reiwa 9).

This facility will be the first "stay-and-experience winery" in Nagasaki Prefecture, aiming to become a new tourism hub that integrates Goto's nature, food, and wine experiences, in collaboration with existing accommodation facilities.

【Facility Features】

〇 Restaurant where you can "dine while watching brewing"

 Designed to allow guests to enjoy dishes made with Goto ingredients and wine while observing the wine brewing process through large glass windows.

〇 Open terrace overlooking Mt. Onidake

 A location offering panoramic views of Mt. Onidake, a symbol of Goto.

 Terrace seating where pets are welcome is also planned.

〇 Integration of wine purchase, experience, and stay

 Integrating wine production, sales, dining, and accommodation to create a facility that "generates reasons to visit."

〇 Sustainable model utilizing regional resources

 Contributing to the local economic cycle and agricultural promotion through the use of Goto-produced grapes and encouraging longer stays for tourists.

The Goto Islands attract over 200,000 tourists annually, but a lack of "stay-type content" has been a challenge.

In addition to its existing wine production and sales, GOTO Winery aims to create new value centered on "experience and stay" to simultaneously achieve:
