What is the CAIO Training Course for Non-Engineers?

This course goes beyond the simple utilization of generative AI tools. It aims to help participants redesign their business structures from the ground up with an AI-first approach and build a framework where AI agents function as an actual workforce. Furthermore, upon completion, we support participants in reaching a level where they can monetize their skills as AI business design consultants (acting as a CAIO).

Background of the Course

In recent years, the adoption of generative AI, such as ChatGPT, has progressed rapidly. However, in many companies, the reality is that this is limited to "improving the efficiency of existing tasks" rather than transforming the business structure itself.

The true value that AI possesses lies in:

・Designing how much of a task should be delegated to AI
・Optimizing the division of labor between humans and AI
・Designing systems that allow AI agents to function as an organization

In other words, it lies in the reconstruction of the entire business process.

However, there is an extreme shortage of talent in the market capable of realizing these goals, which is a factor hindering the advancement of AI utilization and business transformation within companies. Given this background, we have launched this course with the goal of training individuals—even those without engineering backgrounds—to take charge of AI-first business design and the implementation of AI agents.

This is a practical program that goes beyond mere knowledge acquisition; it involves a consistent process from designing AI integration for the participant's own work to the actual implementation of AI agents. Furthermore, the curriculum is designed with the prospect of monetization as an AI business design consultant by applying these implemented business structures to other companies.

  • Transform the work of others into AI-driven processes and build a state where you can provide these services as a consultant.
