I am sincerely grateful to the team for giving me the opportunity to play as a member of the Kings once again. For me, this team is a special place where I started my professional career and where I was nurtured both as a player and as a person. I am very honored to wear this uniform again and fight for Okinawa.

With a great presence who has supported this team for many years leaving, he has been a symbol of the team, a local pride, and a player who fought for this team more than anyone else. Many fans are likely feeling a wide range of emotions right now. As one of them, I believe what he left for this team was not just victories or records, but the very meaning of "fighting for this city."

I do not think I can become a replacement for Ryuichi. I do not think I can fill that void. However, it is now our turn to pass on this team he protected, this city he loved, and the future of the team he believed in. What I can do is play with full effort every day, support my teammates, and keep speaking up so that this team continues to look forward. Not letting what he built end, but passing it on to the next generation. That is my role.
