Gokei Co., Ltd. (Head Office: 857-1 Higashiwada, Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture / Representative Director: Soichiro Tokuyasu) has been selected as the designated administrator for the hot spring facility "Hakuchoen" in Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture, and will commence facility operations from April 1, 2026. (Designated administrator period: 5 years). The facility will open its doors on Saturday, April 11, 2026. Upholding its role as a "community relaxation space where people of all generations can interact, serving as a hub for promoting citizen health," we will also strive to improve the facility's value through the development of independent business initiatives. Through these efforts, we aim for Hakuchoen to become a cherished community hub for all generations.

About Hakuchoen Since its opening in Showa 35 (1960), it has been cherished by many users. In Heisei 27 (2015), it was renovated as "Yunnosato Chikuma Hakuchoen" and plays a role as a representative regional facility, utilized by many, including citizens. The gentle alkaline simple hot spring water is expected to have a wide range of benefits, including for joint pain, cold sensitivity, and fatigue recovery, providing a moment to heal from daily fatigue and harmonize mind and body.
