The Breakthrough Company GO Appoints Kotaro Tatiya, Former Hakuhodo Executive Officer (PR Dept. Head), as Information Strategy Consultant/Partner

The Breakthrough Company GO (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Takahiro Miura) has announced the appointment of Kotaro Tatiya as its new Information Strategy Consultant/Partner. Mr. Tatiya previously served as Head of the PR Department, Head of the Public Sales Department, Executive Officer, and Consultant at Hakuhodo.

Since joining Hakuhodo in 1984, Mr. Tatiya has worked extensively in the PR Bureau, covering a wide range of areas including corporate risk management for industries such as automotive, beverage, food, consumer electronics, telecommunications, and IT, as well as comprehensive branding and marketing. In 2007, he was seconded to the 'Beautiful Country Creation' Office of the First Abe Administration as a Planning Officer, adding perspectives and insights on national politics and policy. He has served on government policy committees, acted as a PR advisor for local governments, and served as a juror for the Cannes Lions PR category. He retired from Hakuhodo at the end of March 2026 and joined GO as Information Strategy Consultant/Partner in June 2026.

Through this appointment, GO will further strengthen its ability to address social issues, policy-related matters, and public-sector projects, thereby expanding its public relations capabilities.
