The Breakthrough Company GO announced that three of its members have been appointed as judges for two categories, Creative Innovation and PR, at the 2026 66th ACC TOKYO CREATIVITY AWARDS, one of Japan’s largest creative awards. Ai Koike, Representative Partner of THE CREATIVE FUND, will serve as jury president for the Creative Innovation category. A graduate of Keio University’s Faculty of Law, she joined Hakuhodo in 2010 after gaining startup experience while in university. She later worked at Advantage Partners on buyout investments and portfolio company management, and at Asuka Holdings on startup investments in Southeast Asia and India. In 2020, she founded THE CREATIVE FUND. She also serves in roles including full-time lecturer at Kyoto University of the Arts, outside director of AD Works Group, director of the Japan Venture Capital Association, specially appointed lecturer at Keio Business School, and outside director of Netyear Group. Koike said the Creative Innovation category is a future-oriented platform that discovers products, services, and prototypes with the potential to change society under the theme of “attitude toward human challenges × creativity.” The judging will focus on innovation, usefulness, and the potential to take root in society, while also valuing the intrinsic originality and sincerity of ideas, even if they are not yet finished products. GO COO and Business Producer Takanori Daicho has also been appointed as a judge for the Creative Innovation category. He joined Dentsu in 2007 and worked on television media consulting, program production, and new business development before handling branding and marketing for manufacturers, universities, and startups. At GO, he drives both organizational and business development while supporting corporate growth and implementing creativity in government and political fields. He is also affiliated with THE CREATIVE FUND, where he supports startup value creation through investment and creative support. Naohiro Togawa, Executive Creative Director at GO, has been appointed as a judge for the PR category. He joined ADK in 2003 and became GO’s first full-time employee in 2017. He specializes in integrating business strategy through output with a consistent creative philosophy, and is known for structuring and visualizing complex issues. He has led many projects focused on environmental issues, changes in consumer behavior, sustainability, and ethical consumption, including FamilyMart’s “Tearful Sticker,” WWF’s “Shopping Basket Vote,” and ECOALF’s “Advertising That Does Not Waste Resources.” His awards include Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, PR Award Grand Prix, Good Design Award, and Creator of the Year medalist honors. GO has received multiple ACC TOKYO CREATIVITY AWARDS in the past, including recognition for “Tearful Sticker” in 2025, “TechMagic” in 2023, “NOT A HOTEL Connected House” in 2022, “LUUP” in 2021, and “COGY / Wheelchair for Those Who Never Give Up” in 2017. Founded in 2017, The Breakthrough Company GO is a creative solution firm committed to social change and challenges. Centered on creativity, it supports everything from new business development to innovative promotions, aiming to create real business transformation and growth rather than merely proposing idealistic ideas.
