For the actual store-deployed menu, we focused particularly on "Jaga Butter" among the submitted ideas.
We evaluated the potential for "Jaga Butter" to deepen and further enhance the overall flavor of the curry when added as an "additional topping" to the "Roast Cutlet Curry," which is synonymous with GoGoCurry/Kanazawa Curry. By adding fluffy potatoes and plenty of rich butter, a new layer of satisfaction is added to the rich roux, freshly fried cutlet, and shredded cabbage.

"In this year's judging, in addition to surprise and topicality, we placed great importance on whether customers would 'want to eat it again' when actually served in stores. 'Jaga Butter' was an idea that did not interfere with the fundamental strength of GoGoCurry's rich roux, roast cutlet, and cabbage; rather, it expanded the depth of flavor. With the addition of fluffy potatoes and the richness of butter, the Roast Cutlet Curry becomes 'a more enjoyable food.'
