Announcement Regarding the Departure of Head Coach Ryan Richman

Thank you for your continued support of SeaHorses Mikawa.

We announce that Head Coach Ryan Richman will depart from the team following the 2025-26 season.

Comment from Ryan Richman:

To the team and all stakeholders,

Having had the opportunity to lead this team over the past three years has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I truly believe that "it is people who create the environment, and it is people who make the journey meaningful." Looking back, I am filled with deep gratitude for having spent this time with truly wonderful people.

From the players, coaches, and staff, to the management and owners, each of you has helped shape this special journey. I am truly honored to have worked with all of you, who possess such integrity, passion, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Together, we have overcome difficulties, grown, and accumulated unforgettable moments and countless memories. All of these are lifelong treasures for me and my family.

To the fans, thank you very much. You welcomed, supported, and loved us warmly from the very beginning. Your passion and energy became our strength, and your trust meant more to us than words can express.

For my family and me, this place has truly become a "second home." And it is thanks to each and every one of you that we felt that way. You have made this journey not just a period of time, but something truly irreplaceable and beautiful.

While I am moving on to a new chapter, my gratitude to all of you will never change. I am truly grateful for being welcomed as a member of this team, this community, and this family.

I will cherish the last few years forever and will be grateful for them for the rest of my life.
