Thank you for your continued support of Seahorse Mikawa.

We are pleased to announce that designs drawn by Kaoru Sauda have been created on the walls surrounding the new arena construction site as part of the Mikawa Anjo Exchange Hub and Arena Construction Wall Art Project.

The artwork features players and head coaches from Seahorse Mikawa and Queensies Kariya, who will be part of the 2025-26 season.

Please stop by and see it when you visit the new arena construction site.

Project Overview

Project Name

M GATE ART PROJECT

Concept and Slogan

Drawing the Gate (M) to the future with everyone's aspirations.

Three Identities Embodied in M

MIKAWA: Symbolizing the pride of our beloved hometown, "Mikawa"

MINNA (Everyone): Fans, residents, teams, companies, everyone is the protagonist

MIX: A place where basketball and volleyball, sports and art, people and the city intersect

Project Purpose

The "walls" surrounding a construction site are originally meant to be a "barrier" to prevent viewing inside.

However, we are transforming this space into a "GATE" leading to the future, the new arena.

Artwork of leading sports figures from Mikawa will adorn the walls.

The arena construction site will be transformed into a "sacred place" for fans, turning the waiting period for completion into a process of excitement and passion.

This is the mission of "MGATE."
