As part of our regional contribution activities, SeaHorses Mikawa Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Tokai Branch of Japan Post Co., Ltd., held a "Donation Ceremony of Eco-Rulers and Clear Files for New First Graders" at Kariya City Hall on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
This initiative aims to donate eco-rulers and clear files—stationery used daily—to new students entering elementary schools in Kariya City in the 2026 school year. The goal is for children to become familiar with sports through familiar school supplies and to foster an attachment to the local community and a supportive spirit for SeaHorses Mikawa.
The donation ceremony took place in the Superintendent of Education's office on the 7th floor of Kariya City Hall. Attendees included the Kariya City Superintendent of Education, Mr. Norisuke Kurita (Regional Director of the Aichi West Mikawa Area Liaison Council, Tokai Branch, Japan Post Co., Ltd.), Mr. Kenichi Shimizu (Postmaster of Kariya Post Office), and Mr. Yasuhiro Terabe (President of SeaHorses Mikawa Co., Ltd.).
