We support 'April Dream,' an initiative that encourages companies to share their dreams on April 1st. This press release represents the dream of Glocal Crowdfunding Inc.

Connecting regional dreams to the future through 'Capital with Intent'

Crowdfunding is one of the tools that supports the realization of various challenges born in local regions. By participating through 'donations,' 'support purchases,' or 'investments,' people who resonate with these causes help expand the circle of activity and turn aspirations into reality.

We, Glocal Crowdfunding Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture; Representative Director: Emi Miyako), operate a crowdfunding platform based in Kumamoto that supports various challenges emerging from the region.

◆ Our crowdfunding platform: Glocal Crowdfunding

Our corporate philosophy is to 'guide "capital with intent" from all over the world' to business operators with soaring dreams and aspirations, and to 'return value and excitement that exceeds expectations' to those who entrust us with their funds.

Dreams from Kyushu that we have supported

In the six years since our founding in 2020, we have supported a total of 156 funds and projects, realizing over 400 million yen in total funding (as of March 2026).

To date, diverse projects have been launched, including support for local restaurants, culture, sports, and education, gathering significant empathy and support.

Behind each one lies a sincere wish: 'I want to protect my region' or 'I want to connect these aspirations to the future.'

Case Studies (Fiscal Year 2025)

[Donation-based] Verdi 'Requiem' Special Performance: 10 Years Since the Kumamoto Earthquake
This special performance was planned to mark the 10-year milestone since the Kumamoto Earthquake, with the goal of mourning the victims and passing on memories. We solicited donations to create a space where people could connect through music, bringing together members of local choirs recruited through public calls as well as participants from disaster-stricken areas across the country. Preparations are currently underway for the performance on April 5th.

[Purchase-based] Hoshisan 120th Anniversary Project
This project was implemented by Hoshisan Co., Ltd. to express gratitude to the region and customers who have supported them since their founding 120 years ago. It was planned to cherish the history of miso and soy sauce production passed down over many years while connecting to new challenges for the future. It served as an opportunity to share this milestone with the local community through crowdfunding-exclusive products and commemorative events.

[Business Investment-based] Yamada Farm's Milk Fund from Nishihara Village
This fund was launched by Yamada Farm, a dairy farm in Nishihara Village, Kumamoto Prefecture, aiming to expand the production and sales of dairy products. Driven by 75-year-old representative Masaharu Yamada, this challenge for the future of the region and the dairy industry resonated with people nationwide, reaching its full funding goal of 6 million yen in just 10 days after the start of the campaign.

Our Dream

We aim for a society where regional dreams and aspirations reach many people, and where we build the future by supporting one another.

Empathizing with someone's passion, gathering support, and having that support lead to the next challenge. We intend to continue spreading this flow of 'capital with intent' throughout our regions.

Toward a future where 'dreams' meet and take shape

The essence of crowdfunding lies in 'connecting passion with passion.' We will continue to stand by our local communities and nurture these connections.
