Globis Opens First Middle East Hub, "GLOBIS Middle East," in Muscat, Oman, to Foster Leaders Through Business School and Corporate Training

Globis, Inc. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yoshito Hori) announced the opening of "GLOBIS Middle East" in Muscat, Oman, in June 2026. As Globis's first base in the Middle East, it will promote leadership development, management education, innovation creation, and international collaboration in Oman and the wider Middle East region. "GLOBIS Middle East" will be Globis's ninth overseas campus, following its bases in China, Singapore, Thailand, the United States, Belgium, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Taiwan (opened in June 2026).

The new campus will promote Globis University's Pre-MBA*1 program and offer corporate training and leadership development programs, accelerating business expansion in the Middle East. Furthermore, it will leverage Globis's educational content, human network, entrepreneur support, and venture capital activities to foster collaboration with local companies, government agencies, educational institutions, and entrepreneurs. The new hub will serve as a platform for deploying Globis's expertise and network throughout Oman and the Middle East.

*1 Single-course enrollment system: A system that allows individuals considering enrollment in Globis University to pre-enroll in one or more core courses before admission.

Globis has been actively collaborating with the Royal Academy of Management (RAM) in Oman. In June 2024, Globis signed a strategic partnership agreement with RAM. As part of this partnership, Globis provided training programs for RAM's "Future Leaders Program," aimed at developing next-generation leaders. Young Omani leaders participated in learning experiences in Japan, cross-cultural exchange, and leadership development.

In June 2025, Globis Representative Director Yoshito Hori was appointed as an International Advisory Board Member for RAM. Leveraging his experience in management talent development and international collaboration, Hori contributes to the advancement of RAM's executive education programs, leadership development in Oman, and the building of a global network.

The establishment of "GLOBIS Middle East" is part of Globis's global expansion initiative, aiming to become the world's number one MBA in the "Technovate era." It will provide practical management education to business leaders in the Middle East. "GLOBIS Middle East" plans to promote its Pre-MBA classes (online) in October 2026. The Pre-MBA program equips participants with the business skills necessary to succeed in a competitive global environment. Credits earned in the Pre-MBA program can be recognized as degree credits upon admission to Globis University.

Since its inception in 2009, Globis University's English MBA program has graduated over 1,000 students from 90 countries. Through its English MBA program for individuals and corporate training for organizations, it will serve as a hub for management talent development in the Middle East.
