■From Online to In-Person: Expanding Support System
Previously, we primarily provided consultation services online. However, recognizing the growing demand for in-person consultation opportunities at universities in recent years, we have decided to launch on-site consultation services that involve visiting universities. This initiative aims to build a more accessible and user-friendly consultation system.
■University Visit Support by Specialized Professionals
In this initiative, specialists with expertise cultivated through public support projects such as the Support Center for Foreign Human Resources (including Administrative Scrivener specializing in application acceptance and Social Insurance Labor Consultants) will provide free consultation sessions for enrolled international students by visiting universities directly. We will offer flexible support tailored to the specific circumstances of each university and the needs of international students, providing practical assistance aligned with real-world situations.
■Nationwide Network of Approximately 200 Specialists
Global Meeting has a network of approximately 200 consultation support advisors nationwide (about 170 Administrative Scrivener specializing in application acceptance and about 30 Social Insurance Labor Consultants) who have provided free consultations through online channels and other means. This project will leverage this network to offer detailed in-person support and ensure a higher quality support system by assigning the most suitable specialists to each university.
■Practical Support for International Students' Employment and Residency
The on-site free consultation service aims to help international students studying at universities in Japan deepen their understanding of Japan's unique residency status system and the job-seeking process, thereby facilitating their smooth employment in Japan. We will provide practical support by addressing specific concerns regarding changes in residency status or work eligibility, and offering advice on choosing companies.
