Background and Objectives of the Increase
Our company is engaged in business development, primarily in real estate development and revitalization, which requires advanced expertise and speed. We recognize that the quality and productivity of our human resources are crucial management factors that influence our mid- to long-term performance. To clearly convey our stance of expecting early and high added value creation from young talent who will lead future growth, and to strengthen our recruitment competitiveness and foster employee retention and development, we have decided to set the starting salary for new graduates joining in April 2027 at ¥350,000 per month (base salary), an increase of ¥80,000 per month from the previous amount.
Average Annual Salary
We have established a compensation system that appropriately reflects contributions to performance and corporate value enhancement. As a result, last fiscal year, the company-wide average annual salary, including incentives, exceeded ¥13 million. Furthermore, in the "Ranking of Companies Where Annual Salaries Have Truly Increased" published by Toyo Keizai Online of Toyo Keizai Inc.
