Fujitsu and Institute of Science Tokyo Launch Joint Research on Quantum Hardware and Talent Development

Fujitsu and the Institute of Science Tokyo have established the "Fujitsu Quantum/HPC Infrastructure Collaborative Research Center." This initiative, part of the Fujitsu Small Research Lab program, aims to advance quantum hardware design, manufacturing, and control technologies while fostering next-generation talent. The center will provide hands-on education in quantum chip processes and explore the fusion of high-performance computing (HPC) with quantum technology. This partnership seeks to strengthen Japan's competitiveness in quantum computing and accelerate its social implementation through industry-academia collaboration.
