Furthermore, by combining the practical knowledge and financial data cultivated through the collaboration between the Resona Group and BrainPad with Fujitsu's data & AI technology, its "Uvance" offering based on social issues, and diverse external data such as trade flows and supply chains, the aim is to transform decision-making and value creation processes in operations, thereby providing value to regional financial institutions and promoting the sustainable growth of regional economies.

Collaboration Details 1. Transformation of Financial Practices within the Resona Group through the Utilization of AI Agents The three companies will accelerate the concretization and verification of data utilization and the incorporation of AI agents into operations within the Resona Group, aiming to maximize the value provided by financial services with the following use case ideas in mind: ・Operational support leading to advanced decision-making by utilizing AI agents that autonomously handle data collection and suggestion provision to improve the quality and quantity of customer understanding, proposals, and judgments by sales representatives. ・Transformation of operational processes that excessively rely on human experience and judgment through the demonstration of AI agents that autonomously judge and act in response to collaboration with various AI agents and changes in operations.

2. Deployment of Practical Models to Regional Financial Institutions To deploy the knowledge cultivated within the Resona Group to regional financial institutions, we will develop and enhance Data Ignition, optimize operational and connection methods suitable for financial business flows, and consider new business models.

3.
