Brother Industries, Ltd. has renovated a portion of the exhibits at the Brother Group's exhibition hall, "Brother Museum" (Mizuho Ward, Nagoya City), and reopened it to the public on April 1st. The experience corner for the latest Brother products has been further enhanced, including the new installation of a corner where visitors can create original goods.
Opened in 2005, the Brother Museum is an exhibition facility that introduces Brother's 118-year history and evolution of "Monozukuri" (the art of manufacturing) since its founding, through product displays from the past to the present. This time, in conjunction with changes in business divisions from April, the museum's exhibits have been renovated, focusing on the "Product Zone," which broadly introduces new products from all businesses currently developed by Brother.
In the Product Zone, a label printer "P-TOUCH CUBE" has been newly installed in the experience corner, and the experiential content has been enhanced, including the creation of a new corner where visitors can produce newspaper-style original goods using photos taken on the spot. Additionally, some layout changes have been made in the "Sewing Machine Zone," which introduces the history and mechanisms of sewing machines, and the "History Zone," which traces Brother's Monozukuri history from the past to the present.
A Brother representative commented, "Through these exhibits, we hope that more customers will visit and directly experience the appeal of Brother products, and also learn about Brother's 118-year history and evolution of Monozukuri."
