Kobe Kitano Sweets & Cafe, operated by GLION Group (Location: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture; CEO: Hidetake Kikuchi) and Aqua Ignis Co., Ltd. (Location: Tokyo), will open a store as 'Kobe Kitano Nosta'—a gourmet complex renovated from the former Kitano Elementary School—at the Sanyo Department Store's 'Japanese Archipelago Exquisite Gourmet Food Fair' starting April 11, 2026.

This fair is a highly popular event that gathers select, renowned gourmet foods from all over the country, and this will be Kobe Kitano Nosta's first time opening a store in the Himeji area.

Kobe Kitano Nosta is a culinary complex born utilizing the site of the former Kitano Elementary School, originally built in 1931. It shares Kobe's unique Western confectionery culture and dining experiences. For this event, we will deliver the charm of Kobe to customers in the Himeji area by offering a selection of popular souvenirs such as baked goods, original coffee, and tea, spearheaded by the 'NOSTA Pancake Sand,' which boasts total sales of over 20,000 units.
