■ Background

As changes in the market environment accelerate and uncertainty increases, the demand for 'spot consulting'—utilizing the insights of experts—is growing. While the spread of AI has made it possible to access vast amounts of information, it cannot replace 'human insights' based on practical experience. Especially in critical decision-making situations, appropriately incorporating expert perspectives can make or break a business.

However, in actual practice, there are operational challenges such as 'the quality of interviews being dependent on individual skills' and 'not knowing how to elicit concrete implications'. By solving these issues, it becomes possible to establish the results of spot consulting as organizational knowledge and significantly improve the accuracy of decision-making.

Therefore, in this webinar, a research expert with extensive experience in interviewing experts across various countries and specialized fields will thoroughly explain practical insights cultivated in the field, from the basics of spot consulting to interview designs you can use from today, and practical points to prevent failure.
