As a regional hub: The future we envision with the town of Magome

Up until now, we have defined our store as a "regional hub" and have focused on creating opportunities to revitalize communication.

Last year, we held the "3rd Umayado Festival," which was a great success with the entire community.

It brought together restaurants, student entrepreneurs, kindergartens, and high school students in a cross-generational collaboration.

Furthermore, through our participation in the "Magome NINAITE (Bearer) Excavation Study Group," we have earnestly discussed how this town can become a more vibrant place.

Tsuginosuke Shinohara

Graduated from Rikkyo University, Faculty of Economics.

In his first year after graduation, he was caught in a labor dispute at the company he worked for and was laid off.

The next company he joined went bankrupt after 3 months of unpaid wages, leaving him jobless and penniless.

After experiencing 7 job changes in 3 and a half years, he became a sole proprietor in 2014 and incorporated in 2018.

Currently, he is engaged in career support, lecturing, select shop management, event space management, and other businesses.

Based on his experience of having his life greatly changed by "encounters with people" and "encounters with books," he works to increase the number of prosperous and cool adults in the world who work with their own convictions.
