Fully Booked! 'Mikke! Shigoto × Talent Matching Fair' Held Successfully in Ikebukuro on June 19

The 'Mikke! Shigoto × Talent Matching Fair,' hosted by GIF-TECH's—a Type B supported employment service operated by WellsTech Inc. (Headquarters: Itabashi Ward, Tokyo; CEO: Shota Hirayama; URL: https://wellstech.jp/)—was successfully held on Friday, June 19, 2026, at the 9th-floor hall of Riro Conference Room in Ikebukuro, concluding with great success.

We sincerely thank all the companies who took time out of their busy schedules to attend, as well as everyone who supported this event.

Over 100 seats filled to capacity! A venue buzzing with energy

The 100-person-capacity venue was completely full, with participation from as many as 30 companies. Although over 15 companies had already confirmed attendance by the time of the press release, the actual turnout exceeded expectations.

For each job seeker who took the stage, 2 to 4 companies expressed interest. We truly believe few events make the word 'encounter' feel so real.

Though initially overwhelmed by the energetic atmosphere, the job seekers' expressions transformed into remarkably confident ones once they stepped up to the microphone.

From venue setup to hosting, the GIF-TECH's staff, including the organizing committee, worked together seamlessly. On the day, users of GIF-TECH's also assisted with reception support, warmly welcoming all attendees. Behind the scenes, countless hours and deep dedication go into ensuring participants can deliver their best possible performance.

The warm and engaging atmosphere, with even the hosting praised as 'fun,' may have contributed to the strong sense of unity in the room.

Looking ahead—toward an event that minimizes hiring mismatches

GIF-TECH's will carefully incorporate feedback from participating companies into future event planning.

The training offered by Type B supported employment services includes surprisingly diverse fields such as video editing and web design. Therefore, we believe clearly communicating to companies how these skills can be applied in real business contexts is key to better matching. We will enhance our information outreach to help companies come better prepared and with higher clarity.
