WellsTech Announces GIF-TECH’s “Work × Talent Matching Fair” on June 19, 2026

The event will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. After the event, time will also be provided for networking among companies until the venue is fully cleared at 4:00 p.m. The venue is Relo Conference Room Ikebukuro, 9F Hall, located at An Reiwa Building 9F, 2-41-19 Minami-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo 171-0022. The “Work × Talent Matching Fair” is a signature job-seeking event hosted by GIF-TECH’s. It has been held since 2023, and this will be its fourth edition. At the event, users training at welfare offices will give approximately 10-minute self-promotion presentations. Participating companies can listen to the presentations, gain ideas for identifying suitable tasks in disability employment, and consult on actual hiring opportunities. The event is known for its strong matching and retention outcomes. One in three participants has signed an employment contract through disability employment. The event also consolidates the information companies truly need, such as personality, clear reasonable accommodations, and attitudes toward work, while providing a workflow that makes it easier for both sides to reach agreement casually. The three-year workplace retention rate for people with disabilities who found employment through GIF-TECH’s is 98%. The initiative aims to help address the issue of workplace retention among people with mental disabilities in Japan, while enabling companies to achieve stable disability employment rates. Presenters include talent trained in a wide range of work offered by Type B continuous employment support offices, including office work, cleaning, video editing, web design, and social media operations. By seeing job seekers’ presentations firsthand, companies can rethink work design from new perspectives and move disability employment beyond headcount fulfillment toward hiring people as real contributors. For this event, a dedicated website will also allow participating companies to view presenters’ greeting videos and presentations in advance, a first for the event. Viewing requires registration through the website. The event will be held at Ikebukuro Relo Conference Room, which has a capacity of over 100 people. More than five Type B continuous employment support offices are expected to participate as co-hosts, and more than 15 companies had already expressed intent to attend even before the press release. The schedule is as follows: doors open at 12:40 p.m.; opening and explanation of the event purpose at 1:00 p.m.; first-half presentations at 1:05 p.m.; break at 2:00 p.m.; second-half presentations at 2:10 p.m.; closing at 3:00 p.m. Time until 3:30 p.m. will be reserved for networking among presenters and companies.
