Greenfield Advisors Acquires Nest Hotel Japan as Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Greenfield Advisors Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter "Greenfield") is pleased to announce that it has acquired 100% of the issued shares of Nest Hotel Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Nest Hotel").

This transaction will strengthen Nest Hotel's management foundation and, for Greenfield, will invigorate the formation of hotel investment projects through enhanced collaboration between hotel operations and asset management (investment advisory).

■ Background of Share Acquisition

For over a decade, Greenfield has focused on advisory services for overseas investors and asset management as its core business. In the process of acquiring business hotels, Greenfield established Nest Hotel in 2013 through joint investment with investors and has led its management since then.

This time, additional shares were acquired from other shareholders on December 2025 and March 31, 2026, leading to the acquisition of all shares.

■ Objective: Maximizing Synergy between Operational Capabilities and Advisory Functions

Through this acquisition, the following initiatives will be further promoted:

・Strengthening the collaboration between asset management functions and hotel operations

・Improving performance through investment decisions based on operational site data

・Expanding the creation and provision of investment opportunities

This will lead to the expansion and acceleration of investments in hotel assets.

Greenfield will provide higher quality advisory services to hotel investors by combining the expertise cultivated as an asset management company with the operational capabilities of Nest Hotel.

Furthermore, while supporting the sustainable growth of Nest Hotel's current management team, the group aims to strengthen its presence in the domestic hotel market through the creation and provision of investment opportunities.
