Please recommend 'that one word' you always kept in mind when buying, selling, or managing properties.

Selection Process

This award will be determined by the 'total' of pre-web voting and on-site voting on the day of the festival.

[STEP 1] Keyword Submission (Currently ongoing on this page)

We will solicit keywords freely from our users.

[STEP 2] Nomination Announcement (Mid-July)

The editorial department will select 10 words for each category and start web voting.

[STEP 3] Final Voting and Grand Prize Announcement (August 1st)

The on-site voting at 'THE GOLD ONLINE Fes' venue and pre-web voting will be combined. The 'Grand Prize' will be announced at the venue on the day!
