Format: The operating office will pre-select 30 candidates in total, including candidates for the Grand Prize (1 work), Category Best Award (3 works), Category Excellence Award (6 works), and Selected Works (20 works), and display them along with their pen names. The Grand Prize, Category Best Award, and Category Excellence Award will be decided by votes from festival attendees on the day (voting hours 10:00-15:00, awards announcement scheduled around 16:00).
