*Key Points of This Book*
"I get nervous in important situations," or "I'm trying hard but not getting results."
-- The cause of these issues lies in the "rikimi" (tension/stiffness) that arises unconsciously in your mind and body.
It's often thought that "applying force generates power" and "hard work is rewarded." However, in reality, the more you force yourself, the less likely you are to exhibit your true abilities.
This book, based on the philosophy of Aikido and how to use your body, clearly explains how to relax unnecessary tension and maximize your inherent strengths by aligning your posture, breathing, and consciousness.
This is an essential read not only for athletes and business leaders but for everyone who wants to achieve results flexibly in their daily work and relationships.
