Commemorating the 55th Anniversary of 'Return of Ultraman' with a First-Ever Collection of Monochrome Photos

Genkosha Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will release the "'Return of Ultraman' Rare Image Selection" on March 31, 2026.

The popular Showa "Ultraman Series Rare Image Selection" finally concludes with its 4th installment!

This is the fourth installment in the rare image series that began with "Ultraman." It features a large collection of monochrome photos from "Return of Ultraman," including previously unreleased images. "Return of Ultraman" celebrates its 55th anniversary in March 2026, making this a commemorative publication.

The Showa Ultraman series has been published with a lineup including "Ultraman," "Ultraseven & Ultraman Leo," and "Ultraman A & Ultraman Taro." This is the final piece that completes the series.

"Return of Ultraman" is said to be the most popular work in the Showa Ultraman series after "Ultraman" and "Ultraseven." Despite this, publications featuring monochrome photos of "Return of Ultraman" are notably scarce. This book, which collects monochrome photos taken for record-keeping on set, is therefore highly rare.
