About 'Culture iO'

'Culture iO' is an initiative by Genesia Ventures, a seed VC, that systematizes know-how and solutions for startup organization building.

Culture defines a company's character and nature, serving as the foundation for all decision-making, not just HR and organization building. We aim for a state where companies embody their culture while building strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the company. Furthermore, iO refers to input (i) and output (O). We aim to provide content where the input, represented by the lowercase 'i,' leads to a larger output represented by the uppercase 'O.'

Since its establishment in August 2016, Genesia Ventures has focused on investing in the seed stage (early stage of business) and has been involved in supporting the growth of numerous startups. In this process, we are convinced that how to design and build 'organizations,' which are groups of 'people' with diverse personalities and characteristics, into resilient and flexible 'teams' is an extremely important factor in leveraging a business, and have therefore launched this initiative.
