● Manabu Onomura

Joined Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2009. Engaged in sales, business planning, product development, and HR management. Served as Corporate Officer for overseas group companies. Returned to Recruit and appointed General Manager of Human Resources. Certified Executive Coach from Columbia University Teachers College. Has been active as an executive coach since 2013, founding Founders Coach in 2021. Advocates "Team-Driven Management" and supports management teams, primarily of rapidly growing companies. Joined GENDA Inc. in July 2026 and assumed the current position.

● Yusuke Arai

Joined Yahoo Japan Corporation (now LINE Yahoo Corporation) in 2006. Joined VASILY Inc. in 2011, overseeing development as General Manager of the Frontend Development Division. Belonged to ZOZO Technologies, Inc. (now ZOZO Inc.) in 2018, leading development as Tech Lead and ZOZOTOWN iOS Leader. Joined GENDA Inc. in October 2021 and appointed VPoE (current position).

● Misato Fujimoto

Graduated from Chuo University, Faculty of Law, Department of Law. Passed the bar examination during university (old 61st class).

Joined Nishimura & Asahi Law Firm in 2008, primarily engaged in corporate legal affairs centered on M&A and China-related business. Joined TAKARA TOMY Co., Ltd. in 2017. Joined GENDA Inc. in January 2022 and appointed General Manager of Legal Affairs. Promoted compliance enhancement for the entire group, including legal reviews for group companies, intellectual property management, and dispute resolution. Appointed Head of Legal Department 1 in August 2024 (current position).
