Karaoke BanBan Official App Surpasses 3 Million Members!

Shin Corporation Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Noriyasu Kawaguchi), a group company of GENDA Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Nao Kataoka; hereinafter "the Company"), is pleased to announce that its customer application for "Karaoke BanBan," operated at approximately 400 locations nationwide, has surpassed 3 million members.

In a renewal implemented in November 2024, our common ID, "GENDA ID," was introduced to the "Karaoke BanBan Official App." At some stores, services such as providing coupons usable with the "GiGO App" (Note 1), which also utilizes GENDA ID, are being offered when customers use "Karaoke BanBan." The Company will continue to actively leverage technology to create attractive facilities and provide ongoing services.

(Note 1) Membership app for "GiGO," amusement facilities operated by GENDA GiGO Entertainment Inc., a group company of the Company.

■ About "ImaKara Reserve" on the "Karaoke BanBan Official App"

A new reservation function, "ImaKara Reserve," will be introduced starting March 2026. Reservations for "Karaoke BanBan," previously only accepted by phone, can now be made through the app, allowing users to select karaoke machines and rooms, and confirm, change, or cancel reservations within the app.
