Fukuya is engaged in the planning, manufacturing, and sales of prize items and original goods. It has particular strengths in planning original prize items and licensed character prize items, leveraging these strengths to develop popular "Oshikatsu" (fandom activities) goods under the "fanfancy+" brand. Furthermore, its "fanfancy+ with GiGO" specialty shop, a collaboration with the Company's amusement facilities "GiGO," has been well-received for its product lineup that meets the "Oshikatsu" needs of domestic and international customers, driven by the recent revitalization of the anime and idol markets.
Toshinpack, established in 1976 and celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, has been planning, manufacturing, and selling fancy goods since 1983 and licensed character goods since 1992. Even today, it handles IP licensed goods for various popular characters and anime both domestically and internationally.
With Toshinpack joining the Company Group, we anticipate access to IPs that were previously not handled in the planning, manufacturing, and sales of prize items and character goods undertaken by our group. Conversely, we expect to expand Toshinpack's highly popular overseas IP licensed goods through the Company Group's sales network. Toshinpack, in turn, can expect support from the Company Group in establishing management operations such as human resources, accounting, and finance.
