Served as Head of IPO Preparation Office and Head of Internal Audit Office. Has held current position since September 2023. Also serves as President and CEO of Citram, Sweet Pixels, and Fillico Japan. - Hideyuki Hamu Joined Jusco (now Aeon Co., Ltd.) in 1987. Managed store operations as GMS Store Manager in West Japan and Chubu areas. In 2011, served as Chubu Area Sales Planning Manager, engaging in marketing, sales strategy, and operation improvement. Transferred to Miraiya Shoten in 2012 as President and CEO. Transferred to Aeon Hokkaido in 2018, serving as Executive Officer and Director. Joined GENDA in 2025 as Osaka Representative. After serving as President of Ontsu and Kaji Corporation, appointed President of ENNE in February 2026. - Yusaku Kitada Graduate of Kobe University, Faculty of Business Administration. Passed the CPA exam while a student. Joined Tohmatsu (Deloitte Japan) Osaka office in 2015, working on audits and financial practices for listed companies. Joined GENDA in August 2021 as Head of Accounting. Strongly promoting the reinforcement of the group's financial and accounting foundations, including consolidated accounting, M&A support, and IFRS implementation. - Yorikazu Hattori Graduate of Keio University, Faculty of Commerce. Joined Mizuho Corporate Bank (now Mizuho Bank) in 2011. Handled syndicate loans, trade finance, and acquisition finance, and served as Relationship Manager for PE funds.
