GENDA Implements Organizational Restructuring of Karaoke Business: Merger of Shin Corporation and Melo Works
GENDA Inc. has announced the merger of its group companies, Shin Corporation and Melo Works, effective April 1, 2026. This consolidation will bring the total number of karaoke locations operated by Shin Corporation to 461 and expand the implementation of the "Imakara Yoyaku" reservation system across all locations.

GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Hisashi Kataoka; hereinafter "the Company") hereby announces that its group companies, Shin Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Noru Kawaguchi; hereinafter "Shin Corporation") and Melo Works (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Noru Kawaguchi), will merge effective April 1, 2026.
Following this merger, the number of karaoke locations operated by Shin Corporation will reach 461 nationwide (399 Karaoke BanBan locations and 62 Waku Waku Group locations). Additionally, the "Imakara Yoyaku" reservation feature, which was introduced at Karaoke BanBan on March 10 of this year, is scheduled to be implemented across all Waku Waku Group locations. Moving forward, we will continue to support the digital transformation (DX) of each company that joins our group through roll-up M&A.
Our group will continue to deliver diverse entertainment experiences to realize our aspiration of "More fun for your days."
