Geek+ Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Yamato Kato) announces the opening and full-scale operation of the "Koga LaaS Center" within the multi-tenant logistics facility "Prologis Park Koga 4" in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture.

This location will be our third domestic LaaS center, following the Sagamihara LaaS Center (Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) and the Joso LaaS Center (Joso City, Ibaraki Prefecture). By networking multiple hubs, we will further strengthen the delivery capabilities of our fulfillment business.

**■ Background of the Opening**
As challenges such as the expansion of e-commerce demand, the "Logistics 2024 Problem," and labor shortages become increasingly severe, building a logistics system that can flexibly and quickly respond to fluctuations in shipping volumes has become an urgent task.
Geek+ is expanding its proprietary fulfillment business to meet these needs. Currently, we are receiving high interest and inquiries from many businesses, leading to the opening of the "Koga LaaS Center" as a new strategic hub.

Covering a total floor area of approximately 2,700 tsubo, the opening of this hub—equipped with 150 Automated Guided Vehicles (EVE), 20 working stations, and a storage capacity of 2,130 shelves—provides a broader and stronger logistics infrastructure, powerfully backing the business growth of shipper companies.

Furthermore, this base collaborates with our two existing hubs to function as a "Cloud Warehouse®"*, networking multiple warehouses together. This enables flexible capacity utilization corresponding to fluctuations in cargo volume and the construction of a decentralized logistics system. In addition, by providing an environment where cutting-edge automated facilities can be used as a service without companies having to purchase and own robots themselves, we have created a structure allowing businesses of all sizes to utilize advanced logistics environments.

**■ Features of this Hub**
- **Multi-hub collaboration utilizing the supply chain data utilization cloud "skylaa"**
Utilizing our internally developed supply chain data utilization cloud "skylaa"*, we visualize inventory and operational data across multiple locations in real time. By realizing flexible and optimal inventory placement between hubs based on demand forecasting, we support efficient supply chain management.

- **A site demonstrating high durability and flexibility through hybrid operation of old and new models**
At this hub, we have introduced the Geek+ AGV "EVE" series, operating a combination of multiple generations of robots ranging from 2017 to 2024—from the latest models to conventional ones with a rich track record of stable operation. Through this hybrid operation of old and new models, we have built an operation that maximizes hardware durability and reliability, achieving stable operation over the long term. Moreover, this site is extremely close to actual logistics field conditions.
