This time, with the theme of "Career Strategies in the AI Era," Mr. Yuki Saito, Development Manager of the Financial Business at BASE, Inc., which develops diverse services in areas such as payments, finance, and e-commerce, will be a speaker. This seminar will feature specific practical examples of the importance of "full-cycle engineers" who are involved in the entire software lifecycle, from planning and requirements definition to operation and review, as well as high-speed development processes with small teams utilizing AI tools such as Claude Code.

Joined excite co., ltd. in 2014 and worked on the development of multiple media services. Joined Radiotalk Inc. in 2018 and became CTO in March 2021. Joined BASE, Inc. in July 2024. Currently, as Development Manager of the Financial Business, he is promoting the launch of new products and managing the development organization.

As a playing manager, he aims to advance the business with the team while working hands-on in the field.

Worked in the Customer Support Department of GEEKS' IT Human Resources Business Division for 5 years from January 2019, providing customer support for IT freelancers.
