This seminar is highly recommended for senior engineers and tech leads (TLs) exploring their next career move or growth direction in the age of AI, engineering managers (EMs) struggling with talent development and communication with their team members, and those who are unsure about the balance between developing fundamental skills for young engineers and utilizing AI.
