Geeks Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Toshihito Sonehara; hereinafter, Geeks) will hold a free seminar for VPoEs and Engineering Managers titled "AI-Driven Development Frontline: Efficiency in Development Management and Autonomous Growth of Engineers" on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 19:00 to 21:00.
Background of the Seminar Geeks regularly conducts seminars for IT engineers and IT engineer recruitment personnel. This time, with the theme of "AI-Driven Development and Management," Mr. Daisuke Shimamoto, CTO of Progritt Inc., which operates multiple English learning services including English coaching and English learning apps and boasts high scores in organizational engagement, will take the stage. He will share practical insights, including the integration of development management and Claude Code, KPI design to foster engineers' autonomy, and perspectives on visualizing development productivity without relying on expensive tools. We encourage participation from those exploring mechanisms to improve engineer engagement and promote autonomous growth, those wishing to streamline manager operations using AI agents, and development leaders and management who want to achieve "visualization of development productivity" in a way optimal for their company. As AI is becoming a key to transforming the very nature of organizational operations, not merely remaining a development support tool, this seminar aims to present a "next-generation development organization model" where individual engineers can maximize their performance through "co-creation between humans and AI."
