With the concept of "Furusato Meshi" (hometown food), this event focuses on the beloved classics "Gyoza" and "Karaage," delivering new flavors enhanced with regional specialties and unique twists. For its second year, we have significantly upgraded the gourmet quality through further improvement of carefully selected ingredients and the evolution of flavors by each vendor. While maximizing the goodness of the ingredients, the menus, highlighting the unique character of each region, are more substantial and complete than ever. Delicious local gourmet dishes from all over the country, from Kyushu in the south to Hokkaido in the north, will re-gather in Ueno.
Sweets are also more abundant! In addition to the main gyoza and karaage, we have prepared an even richer lineup of sweets, including shaved ice, gelato, and churros. Please enjoy this festival of food that will satisfy a wide range of generations, from children to adults.
