To meet the latest medical needs, it focuses on advanced rehabilitation techniques that include not only physical functions but also psychological and social aspects, basic research in physical and occupational therapy, and practical instruction rooted in the local community. As it is difficult to cultivate specialized personnel capable of handling increasingly sophisticated medical care and changes in disease structures, and the chronic shortage of medical personnel is becoming a social issue, our company supports the vision and human resource development policy of Kochi Health Sciences University. To contribute to the university's fundraising (*) activities, we will continuously support the enhancement of its educational environment through donations. *Fundraising: The act of raising funds from individuals, corporations, governments, etc., by non-profit organizations such as NPOs and public interest corporations. ◆ About Our Business "ABC (Academy Business Connect)," developed and operated by our company, is a recruitment and job-hunting service that matches "casual dialogue opportunities" to generate mutual understanding between companies and students in order to curb employment mismatches. We believe that with modern students exposed to a vast amount of information and possessing diverse values, and the increasingly advanced and complex business scenes, short and formal job interviews cause mismatches and lead to early turnover; therefore, the service is designed with an emphasis on mutual understanding. Furthermore, due to its direct recruiting design, companies wanting to increase touchpoints with students can flexibly call for casual interviews, making it easier to gain opportunities for dialogue. By matching dialogue opportunities between students and companies, "ABC" aims to foster mutual understanding and contribute to highly satisfactory employment and new graduate recruitment for both parties. ◆ About This Agreement Framework for Fundraising Co-creation Through this agreement, our company will provide enlightenment and career development support for students, and offer a direct recruiting system to hiring companies that allows them to directly approach students. By having companies that find it difficult to make contact, despite wanting to hire highly educated students from Kochi Health Sciences University, utilize this system, our company will donate a portion of the revenue earned to the university. Kochi Health Sciences University plans to utilize these donations to invest in the enhancement of equipment and facilities necessary for advanced education, as well as financial support for students. Subsequently, we will sequentially arrange a matching environment with recruiting companies and strive to expand the number of recruiting companies, aiming for the goal of generating 30 million yen in donations from our company to the university.
