The Japan Gas Association exhibited the "Virtual Gas Pavilion Ghost Wonderland" at the virtual venue of the 2025 Japan International Expo (hereafter, Osaka-Kansai Expo).

The association has now independently turned the experience of the "Virtual Gas Pavilion Ghost Wonderland" into an app to increase awareness of "e-methane," a future city gas made by recycling carbon dioxide, and the city gas industry's efforts toward carbon neutrality. It was released today on the App Store and Google Play.

The Virtual Gas Pavilion app is an adventure game that follows the concept and worldview of the "Gas Pavilion" exhibited by the association at the Osaka-Kansai Expo. Set in "Ghost Wonderland," a mysterious town where ghosts live, the app conveys the city gas industry's initiatives for the future through an adventure to save the world.
