"Yamashita Honki Udon" is a Sanuki udon restaurant meticulously established with genuine passion by Interviewman Yamashita near Meguro Station in 2012. After a licensing agreement in June 2017, the trademark was acquired, and it has since become our proprietary brand. The udon is made with carefully selected wheat, manufactured and aged in-house. It is characterized by its firm, chewy texture, embodying our dedication to quality. The broth is based on kelp and bonito, finished with our special soy sauce.
