After a licensing agreement in June 2017, the trademark was acquired, and it became the Company's proprietary brand. The udon uses carefully selected wheat, manufactured and aged in-store. It is a specialty udon characterized by its firm chewiness. The broth is made from kelp and bonito flakes, finished with a special soy sauce.
