About Yamashita Honki Udon Yamashita Honki Udon is a dedicated Sanuki udon specialty shop established in 2012 near Meguro Station by 'Interviewer Man Yamashita.' Garden Co., Ltd. acquired the trademark in June 2017. The udon is made with carefully selected wheat, produced and aged in-house, characterized by its firm texture. The broth uses a kelp and bonito base finished with specialty soy sauce. Currently, there are 23 locations across Japan, primarily in the Kanto region, with further expansion planned.
