After graduating from an art university, she became a flight attendant for ANA, encountering many people and foods. In 2016, she joined GANESHA Co., Ltd., which operates the long-established yakiniku restaurant 'Yakiniku House Taishogun' in Toyama Prefecture. She was involved in launching "SHOGUN BURGER" with the goal of creating a restaurant that could soar globally.
In 2022, she won the 'Japan Burger Championship.' As a representative of Japan, she advanced to the final stage of the 'World Food Championships' in 2022 and 2023, the only Asian contestant to do so.
