Galilei Group | Invitation to Exhibit at FOOMA JAPAN 2026

Fukushima Galilei Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka; Representative Director and President: Go Fukushima) will jointly exhibit with four group companies—Takahashi Galilei Co., Ltd., Galilei Panel Create Co., Ltd., Shoken Galilei Co., Ltd., and Nihon Senjoki Co., Ltd.—at FOOMA JAPAN 2026, held for four days from Tuesday, June 2nd to Friday, June 5th at Tokyo Big Sight. This year's Galilei Group booth will showcase and propose "total" solutions for all processes and ideas in food factories under the theme of "Farm to Table." From rapid freezing, such as tunnel freezers and differential pressure cooling chambers, to thawing, conveying lines combining robots and spiral freezers, washing, design support using BIM/3DCAD, and environmentally friendly factory proposals with the CO₂ refrigeration system "NOBRAC," the Galilei Group offers various hardware and software solutions. ■ CO₂ Refrigeration System NOBRAC Promoting the transition to green refrigerants, this system achieves up to 20% energy savings with unique cooling control. It will be exhibited in a diorama, covering everything from cooling tunnel freezers and large warehouses to improving factory environments through waste heat utilization. ■ Differential Pressure Cooling Chamber and Large Thawing Chamber By utilizing the "differential pressure" generated in the cooling chamber and differential pressure booth, uniform cold air is applied, achieving short-time and highly efficient cooling. Proposals will be made using airflow simulations and 3D. Also exhibited is a large thawing chamber that thaws large volumes evenly by applying a large amount of high-humidity air, suppressing food drying and discoloration, and achieving high-quality thawing with minimal drip. ■ Automation/Labor-Saving Line / Spiral Freezer This exhibit connects various conveyors, robots, and space-saving, highly washable spiral freezers. A demonstration line focusing on measures against labor shortages in food factories will be showcased. ■ Ceiling Panels with Interior Line Lighting Ceiling panels with lighting that incorporate insulation panels manage the temperature of the food factory work environment, contributing to heatstroke prevention. Proposals for condensation prevention in multi-story facilities using an underfloor ventilation system are also available. ■ Equipment Washing Machine An equipment washing machine for small-scale factories will be exhibited. Despite its compact size, it secures a large washing space and boasts powerful cleaning performance and high water/energy saving capabilities with unique technology. ■ Design Support To contribute to solving customer challenges and improving productivity, we propose "next-generation design" utilizing BIM and 3DCAD. Making drawings 3D not only smooths out meetings but also leads to improved design quality through airflow analysis and lighting design.
