Promoting In-house Education DX through E-learningization of Facility-Specific Training

"Gakken Movie Share" is a service that allows facilities to e-learningize their unique in-house training and distribute it to staff by sending video data filmed by the facility to Gakken Medical Support. In addition to video distribution, it supports tests, questionnaires, document sharing, and viewing history management, contributing to the efficiency of in-house training management.

Gakken Medical Support has been at the core of educational support in the medical and nursing fields, providing e-learning services for healthcare professionals. In medical settings, while the required training content for each facility is diversifying, managing in-house training, such as confirming attendance status, distributing materials, and conducting tests and questionnaires, still involves time-consuming tasks.

Through this service, we aim to promote continuous education and in-house education DX in medical-related facilities by making it easier to utilize unique educational content within existing e-learning environments.

Main Features of the Service

Display as Facility-Specific Training Course

In addition to the currently displayed training items, a dedicated course for Gakken Movie Share will be displayed for each facility. The course name will be set as "Facility-Specific Training Course (Gakken Movie Share)" and can be utilized for training operations specific to each facility.

Content Display According to Training Content

Content requested by the facility, such as lectures, tests, questionnaires, and documents, can be displayed. The lecture summary and distribution period can also be specified.

Supports Facility-Specific Tests and Questionnaires

Tests can be published in three formats: single choice, multiple choice, and true/false, with facility-specific content. Questionnaires can be published in two formats: single choice and free response, with facility-specific content. Up to 10 questions can be published for both, and up to 100 questions can be published for an additional fee.

Supports Document Sharing

Documents can be displayed with the file names requested by the facility, supporting PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint formats. Up to 5 files can be published per training session, and up to 40 files can be published for an additional fee.

Completion Requirements Can Be Set by Training Unit

Completion requirements for lectures and tests can be set in 1% increments per training unit. For questionnaires and documents, you can specify whether to include them in the completion requirements per training unit.

Supports Training Status History Management

Training attendance status lists can be viewed, and attendance status for each participant can be confirmed, including the last viewed date, completion date, report submission date, and attendance check. CSV output is also possible.
